We believe that great partners and focusing on building companies for decades versus years remains undervalued.

Stirling Heights acquires consumer and business services companies and reinvests in their growth with no set timeline.

We work with you to preserve the legacy of your business and provide new growth opportunities for your existing employees.

Why We’re Different.

We believe that by being great partners, getting better every day and letting time do the rest, we will be deserving of the partners we aim to find. We are willing to run through walls to win but are unwavering in our commitment to integrity along the way.

We believe that adding data and infrastructure to great sectors will allow our partners to identify their highest leverage decisions and create amazing outcomes.

Preserving your legacy is our legacy.

Preserving and advancing the legacy of our partners is our life’s work. Just like you, we want our life’s work to positively impact everyone who interacts with the businesses we own and operate. We are a holding company, not a private equity fund with a mandated expiration date.

Trust is built over years and lost in a minute.

We take this principle incredibly seriously and believe that simply being trustworthy is differentiating in the transaction process. This looks like candor from the get-go and an honest desire to understand what an ideal transaction looks like from your perspective.

This isn’t our first rodeo

We have completed over 50 transactions and billions of dollars of business value. We know the difficulty of getting deals done and are there to coach you through the process.

We can operate quickly

We’re committed to simple processes to ensure fast decisions and the desired transitions for you and your team.
